new year's day hike with son, braden tracey...
we went up cholla trail - it was great to spend
time with and chat about running, upcoming track season,
uphill running workouts with coronado dons x-country team...
it was fun...i also loosened my legs...and
got in some cardio...
it was crowded too!
yea!!
happy new 2013...lets do this..
